SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
At Mad About Quilts, your order is very important to us. We package and ship your order as quickly as possible, normally within three business days. We do not charge a handling fee and mainly use the USPS-United States Postal Service. All domestic orders are shipped via Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested, with the exception of patterns and orders containing less than 1 yard of fabric, which are mailed First Class. For international orders or if you require expedited shipping, please contact us. Additional charges will apply.
Pick-up Option: For our local customers, if you would like to pick up your order, and save the shipping charges, please use this discount code: PCKMAQ11 when placing the order and no shipping will be charged to you. We will call you when your order is ready to arrange pick-up at our studio.

RETURN POLICY:
Items other than cut yardage may be returned up to 30 days after purchase providing they are unused and in original condition. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of returned items upon their receipt; return shipping cost is customer's expense. We cannot accept returns on cut fabric. However, in the event of a manufacturer's flaw or an incorrect item is shipped to you, we will gladly correct the error at no cost to you.
